The Drake Hotel is a cultural experience and unique destination in Toronto. Housing beautiful cultural and architectural elements, where the healthful coexist with the decadent, the Drake is our version of a downtown urban retreat! We’ve created a cultural lodge where music, art, warm hospitality and exciting culinary experiences all intersect to provide travellers, culture seekers, neighbours and style makers with a one of a kind experience. The Drake is filled with thoughtful contradictions and an intriguing intersection of new and old. A popular sushi bar, busy dining room, live indie music venue, luxe crashpad hotel rooms, neighborhood-friendly corner cafe, urban vegetable garden, general store and year round roof top Sky Yard patio all happily coexist within our ever-changing hotbed for culture

The Drake Hotel’s Sky Yard is their rooftop patio, and it's awesome whether you’re looking for some drinks under the stars or grab some cold ones and a bite to eat on sunny summer afternoons. But if it's people-watching you're looking for, they’ve also got a street level side patio that runs along Beaconsfield is good for checking out the locals.
The patio at The Drake is perfect for people-watching over brunch in West Queen West, with lively (often strung out) characters always out and about. Brunch is served on Saturdays and Sundays from 9am – 4pm with a selection of eye-openers including the Drake Caesar, Drake Mojito, Lavender Lemonade and more. They’ve got a cool brunch menus including vegetarian options, but their chicken and waffles is the shit.
