The Cookshack is a vision of chef/owner Ken Hueston, striving to utilize producers local to Vancouver Island and BC. The importance of supporting local growers is an essential part of community success. All food is prepared on site using raw non-processed ingredients by chefs. No unnatural flavourings, preservatives or additives are used during the cooking, smoking and curing processes. Our on tap... beer is provided by Phillips Brewery practicing an artisan method of making beer using scratch ingredients. We also have an incredible selection of custom-created cocktails that will wow your senses and a selection of fantastic bourbons to sip, shoot or savour!
