Moksha Yoga is a popular form of hot yoga, suitable for all levels. Our classes make people feel fit, calm, flexible and cleansed. We encourage our students to take the classes at their own pace, and emphasize modifications and feeling the poses rather than just "doing" the poses. We encourage everyone and anyone to give us a try, if not just for an introductory pass, to really understand the countless benefits of Moksha.
