Element CrossFit is a training ground for Real Fitness in Mississauga, Ontario. We use functional exercise, plyometrics, conditioning training, Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, gymnastics, running and jumping to help us reach our goals. Our family is extremely diverse in their conditioning, experience, and day-to-day lives. We are focused on improving and optimizing physical competence the 10 fitness domains (Cardio-respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.) The workouts are constantly varied. The results are dramatic. The community atmosphere is full of support and friendliness for those willing to work.
To us, real fitness is more than a physical state of being or appearance. Real fitness encompasses the physical, the mental, the spiritual, and the emotional. Real fitness is evident in everything you do, from the way you work to the way you walk, play, eat, and dress.
