The Complete Who, When, Where for Fashion’s Night Out Vancouver 2012

Vancouver is finally joining cities across the world (hey zere, New York City) this September 6 to celebrate Fashion’s Night Out.

In preparation of this one-night event, we’ve complied a complete guide of the events set to take place. Take a peak, plan your shoes and get ready for the fashion event of the year.

Fashion Show at CBC Studio 40

When: 5:30 – 7pm  
Where: 700 Hamilton Street

The evening features local and international brands including Jason Matlo, Jacqueline Conoir, Daryle White, Miss Sixty and French Connection Canada. The event is free and open to the public – therefore seating is very limited.

Pop-Up Shops at Alberni Street

When: 6 – 10pm
Where: Alberni Street between Thurlow Street and Bute Street

Retailers such as Lucky Brand and Ishara are putting up pop up shops. Be on the lookout for curated collections, beauty offers, and refreshments provided by The Urban Tea Merchant.

Robson Street

When: 6 – 10pm
Where: Robson Street between Burrard Street to Jervis Street

This shopping strip includes French Connection, Bebe, the Gap, J. Crew, Coach, Lucky Brand, Banana Republic and many more. Expect discounts, special offers, treats, snacks and God willing, a drink.

MAC Cosmetics

When: 6 – 10pm
Where: 908 Robson Street

While browsing Robson Street make sure to stop by MAC Cosmetics to get your makeup done and photographed by a professional. Don’t forget your Style Seekers Guide to map the remainder of the evening.


When: 6 – 10pm
Where: Granville, West 4th and Lonsdale

Plum brings three exciting ways to celebrate FNO: at Granville – brand designer Claudia Agusti is present, the West 4th location has an in-house blogger providing styling tips, and spend over $95 to receive a complimentary camisole at any location.

Bar None After Party

When: 10pm – 1am  
Where: Bar None in Yaletown

You probably want to keep the buzz going after a night of shopping. Girlfriend, I got you. Gastown nightclub Bar None is hosting the official FNO after party for shoppers and media folk.
