If you’ve been feeling stiff as a board and want to stretch out the ol 9 – 5 office job bones then there’s no better time than at tonight’s Lululemon Athletica’s pop-up yoga series. Taking place tonight at 6pm at the Science World at Telus World of Science, the class is complimentary and open to everyone.
Vancouver instructor Franceska Lavaggi is leading the workshop for 60 minutes with a variety of downward dogs, arm balances, dolphin planks, and many more poses catering to every level of fitness. If you’ve forgotten a mat or don’t own one there are a few available on site – however, they are limited.
If you’re unable to make tonight’s class, don’t sweat it because this summer Lululemon Athletica Robson Street is doing a new pop-up class every Thursday at the same time. The locations are all different and unexpected – in fact you’ll have to check the event’s Facebook page for more details leading up to the day.
Make sure to arrive early as capacity varies on location.
For more information on locations and to double check the time of each event be sure to visit the official page for the pop-up yoga series.
