So Ontario Craft Beer Week wrapped up on Sunday but your love for local craft beers lives on.

It’s all good, buddy. You can still experience, sample and learn about the best local brews any time of the year. Several breweries in Toronto offer walking tours of their distilleries, offering insight to the brewing process for those who want to learn how beer is made while downing free samples.

Here’s a list of five Toronto brewery tours running year-round so you can celebrate the best homemade beers.

  • Ontario Spring Water Sake Company

    51 Gristmill Lane , Toronto

    This place is in the Distillery District and hosts the Brewery Tasting Tour every Thursday at 5pm and Saturdays and Sundays at 1pm and 4pm. Tours are $15 per person and include a tour of the brewery, a description of the sake making process and four sake tastings. Check their site for more tour information.

  • Steam Whistle Brewing

    255 Bremner Boulevard , Toronto

    Steam Whistle offers brewery tours every day of the week (only by reservation from Monday – Thursday) that includes a guide through the facility and explanation of the brewing process with a beer on arrival and a sampling glass to try out all their brews. Tours are first-come, first-served on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. For weekday tours, reservations can be booked on their website.

  • Great Lakes Brewery

    30 Queen Elizabeth Boulevard , Toronto

    Personal tours can be booked at Great Lakes Brewery, which costs $5 per head and includes tastings of various beers at different stages of the 30-minute guide. Book your reservations at the official Great Lakes Brewery site.

  • Amsterdam Brewery

    45 Esandar Drive , Toronto

    Amsterdam Brewery offers free tours and tastings every Saturday from 1pm – 5pm (every hour on the hour). All you have to do is show up. Note that the Amsterdam Brewery is a different location than the Amsterdam Brewhouse, which is on Queens Quay.

  • Mill Street Brew Pub

    21 Tank House Lane Street , Toronto

    Pub , Bar

    Located in the heart of Toronto’s Distillery District, Mill Street Brewery offers free 20 – 30 minute tours at 4pm from Monday to Friday and at both 3pm and 5pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Just get there 15 minutes early and check in at the retail store where you’ll get free tasting samples. You’ll also want to take some time to check out the Mill St. Brew Pub and The Beer Hall, which just opened in April.
